American entrepreneur Nick Vertucci founded Nick Vertucci Companies, Inc. in sunny Southern California. He is the chief executive officer of this company which teaches people how to make money in real estate. He recently released a book called Seven Figure Decisions: Having the Balls to Succeed which describes his business philosophy and is also an autobiography.
His first business was in the technology sector and it went under during the dot com implosion. While casting about for what to do next he stumbled upon a seminar about real estate. He says that he took a number of bold, calculated risks which set him up for all of the success he has had since that time 18 years ago.
He says that he was never a good student so he knew that graduating from high school would be the farthest he would take his education. Before he graduated his father passed away and his family moved out of their house. He wanted to be near his family so he bought a van and started a job at a nearby appliance store. He began as a delivery boy and was able to join this company’s sales department.
When he was just 22 years old he started his first firm, the technology business that went under. Once he became a professional real estate investor things really took off for him. He says that he really enjoys teaching others how he made millions by buying and selling houses. He and his team teach people through the Nick Vertucci Real Estate Academy.
He is a strong believer in taking calculated risks in life. Most people don’t like to put their comfort and safety at risk but in order to really succeed you have to be willing to embrace changes in your life. He says that by doing so you create opportunities for yourself.
